Need help installing Stele, connecting an agent, signing in, or working with your project graph? Email support@stele-ai.dev.
What to include
To help us diagnose the issue, include:
- the agent or client you are using (for example Codex, ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor);
- the action you were trying to complete;
- the error message you saw; and
- your Stele version, if you are using the CLI (
stele --version).
Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys, one-time codes, or other authentication secrets. If screenshots or logs contain private project content, redact that content before attaching them.
Account and privacy requests
You can export your data or delete your account from Account → Security in the Stele app. For privacy or data-rights questions, email legal@stele-ai.dev. To report a security vulnerability, email security@stele-ai.dev and review our responsible disclosure policy.
